	6 STEPS FOR PLANNING YOUR TOUR At Hispanglia we like to make group bookings as easy as possible. We know that you do not need more work that is why our consultants will work with you at every step of the process from your initial enquiry to your final departure. Here’s a simple guide to get a quote and make a booking.
STEP 1	Decide Your Destination in Andalusia If you have already decided upon your destination, please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation. If you haven’t yet decided, feel free to contact our tour consultants who will give you all the information you require. We are specialised in Andalusia.
STEP 2	Obtain Your Tailored Quotation Working closely with you, we will tailor an itinerary to suit the exact requirements of your group. We will then send you a full quotation with details of your proposed travel arrangements.
STEP 3	Make a Provisional Reservation Once you are happy with the proposal we have made and your tour has been approved by your governing body and students, you may wish to make a provisional reservation. At this point we will confirm your tour details in writing and send you a booking form. You are under no obligation to us at this point.
STEP 4	Confirm Your Booking Once you are ready to confirm, you can do so by sending us your completed booking form, and the deposit per paying person in order to book and pay for the flights. Once we have received your deposit payments, we will send you your booking confirmation and invoice and remaining payment schedule.
STEP 5	We do the rest! We will send you the final programme four weeks before departure.
STEP 6	Enjoy the visit!
